He also invested in his education, obtaining certifications and licenses that qualified him for higher-level positions. After several years of experience, he decided to start his own business, offering quality and affordable electrical services to residential and commercial customers. He hired and trained a team of electricians, who shared his vision and values. He also invested in marketing and equipment, building a reputation and a loyal customer base.
